Liva Healthcare, a leader in digital health solutions, has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2015, most recently with the successful acquisition of Momenta.
As the company embarks on its next phase of growth, a new leadership team will ensure and drive continued innovation and expansion.
Over the last two years, Liva has made strong progress including securing funding and leading the acquisition of Momenta. The company has now treated more than 235,000 people with chronic conditions, and the company’s revenue grew by 400%.
Shahram Sharif, CEO, has steered the company through critical milestones and led the company to a strong position for continued success, and is now leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

We are pleased to announce new key leadership appointments:
- Martin Møller Paarse is appointed as Interim CEO, ensuring continuity and strategic focus during this transition.
- Nour Hussein joins the business as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), bringing deep expertise in commercial strategy and business growth to strengthen Liva’s market position.
- Harry MacMillan founder and CEO of Momenta, transitions to Liva as Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO) and General Manager of Momenta, where he will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and expansion opportunities.
