Accessibility Statement for Liva

Liva Healthcare is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Liva App is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the app do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are working towards being fully conformant by:

  • Ensuring all elements can be focused or read with a screen reader
  • Solving contrast issues for text and images
  • Ensuring changing the size of text does not create issues with readability

The app is currently available in English, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Spanish. We are currently expanding our language offering.

We have made the text within our content and app as simple as possible to understand.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Liva. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on Liva:
